Terms and Conditions

Booking dates, times and location cannot be changed, or altered by you, the client, once the booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been paid.

Upon arrival to the venue and the model is unable to get in touch with you, the client, or allowed into the venue, a 15 minute grace period will be allowed for the matter to be resolved. If, after this time frame, the model is still unable to get into the venue or in touch with you, the client, the job will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

If you are unhappy with the model/models please contact Level Fifty Five immediately. Once payment has been exchanged between you, the client, and the model/models, no refund will be provided.

You, the client, or any guests are not permitted to exchange numbers with any of the models. If Level Fifty Five finds this to be happening, the job with be immediately cancelled and no refund with be provided.

Any extensions, upgrades or extra services within a booking should be advised to Level Fifty Five immediately.

In the event that you, the client, cancels the booking or a service within 7 days of a confirmed event or within 30 minutes of an on demand booking, no refund will be provided.

In the event that you, the client, cancels the booking or a service within 7 days of the confirmed event or within 30 minutes of an on demand booking, an additional $100 cancellation fee will be required to be paid to Level Fifty Five for each confirmed model for the booked job.

Level Fifty Five does not claim any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury caused by any model/models provided to the client. Any legal matters are solely to resolved between you, the client, and the model/models.

We are bound by the NSW Government to ensure that our staff practice safe work procedures. This includes safe sex practices. By entering into an arrangement, you agree to engage in safe sex practices at all times. If you choose not to practice safe sex, you agree to be responsible for any associated risks and damage that result from your actions. You agree that Level Fifty Five is not responsible for any harm occasioned by your choice, and Level Fifty Five is not liable for any injury or illness that arises from your decision.

If your event is located outside the Sydney CBD and local surrounding areas and travel is required from our model/models to get to your event, a travel allowance per girl may be requested. All travel is calculated from the Sydney CBD.

Please be advised that Level Fifty Five cannot guarantee that your selected model/models will be available for your event. If so, we will advise you, the client, and a suitable replacement will be organised.

Clients are advised that models are not to be touched inappropriately or photographed without prior consent. If you, the client, or your guests are found to be doing so then the model/models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund with be provided.

If any of our models are harassed, assaulted, threatened or offensive comments made towards them by you, the client, or your guests then the models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund provided.

Recording of our models is strictly prohibited without prior consent, and if you or your guests are found to have photos or videos of them without their prior consent then the models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund will be provided. You will be also asked to permanently delete the content.

If models are later than 15 minutes from the agreed start time, please contact Level Fifty Five. Models will be required to make up time lost due to delayed start time.

Upon payment of the deposit to Level Fifty Five, or upon payment of any monies to the waitresses, dancers, masseuses or escorts, you the client, and any guest of the client are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the rules above.
